For this reason, mock samples are made using the latest technologies and with great accuracy, allowing our customers to see how their custom-made product would look like. From these first working samples we may go back and forth and we fine-tune our work until our customers are satisfied. An important aspect of product development is the creation of new molds. Creating new molds can be an expensive undertaking and may sometimes bear heavy costs on custom-made product development. Arcadia develops new molds in the Far East to ensure fast and economical production. Production Control In addition to the best price and on-time deliveries for your promotional products, Arcadia ensures the reliability and working standards of the factories it works with. Before we start the production of new promotional products, we do our homework and thoroughly search the factory in order to check that the following minimum employment standards are met: No child labor No prisoners or forced labor Healthy work environment with safety measures and protective gear. Certain tests on the production floor are done in conjunction with our partner manufacturers to guarantee the quality of the products and the safety for the end consumer. The following tests are done on most products: small parts test, drop Test, sharp edges trimming, torque, tension, and pressure tests.
